Whole-time Director

Dr. Griger Cherry Williams is the Whole-time Director of Vanchinad Finance (P) Ltd. He is the son of Shri. C. C. William Varghese and Late. Mary Williams, founders of SML Group. He is a post graduate in General Medicine. He has more than 20 years of experience in NBFC business activities and other related matters and is actively engaged in the business decisions of the Company. He is the Managing Directors of holding company SML Finance Ltd and Director in Sangeeth Nidhi Ltd.

Mr. K. I. Varghese is the Director of Vanchinad Finance (P) Ltd. Mr. K. I. Varghese has an experience of around 40 years with The Federal Bank Limited and has occupied various prominent positions in the senior management cadre of the Bank and retired as Chief General Manager. He is also a director in SML Finance Ltd, holding company and Sangeeth Nidhi Ltd.

Mrs. Susanna Griger, wife of Dr. Griger Cherry Williams is acting as the director of Vanchinad Finance (P) Ltd, SML Finance Ltd and Sangeeth Nidhi Ltd She is an Engineering graduate and has more than 10 years of experience in NBFC business activities and other related matters. She plays an important role in the legal part of the company.

Adv. P.K.Thankarajan having more than 10 years of experience as advocate in High courts/District court/ Munsiffs courts in and around Ernakulam and Debt Recovery Tribunals at Ernakulam. He also has banking experience of 29 years with Federal Bank. He Joined in the bank as legal officer and held different positions and retired as Assistant General Manager (Principal Officer) – Asset recovery in the year 2016.

Mr. Abin M Behanan is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 years of experience. He is the Partner of VJA & Associates, Chartered Accountants,Cochin.
